I have reviewed and agree with the conditions of the Trade Mission Participation. To ensure your company receives maximum value from the trade mission, Nova Scotia Business Incorporated (NSBI) requires participating companies read, understand, and agree to the following conditions of participation.
- Participate in all pre-mission conference calls and planning meetings as scheduled.
- Attend all in-market briefing sessions and respond to communications from NSBI and other partners (including in-market consultants) in a timely manner.
- Complete, in full detail, the Trade Mission Exit Survey form within two weeks of the end date of the mission. NSBI reserves the right to share survey results and feedback with the in-market consultant. These will be shared in aggregate form.
- Understand that withdrawal from the trade mission may result in forfeiting all or a portion of your registration fee.
Failure to meet one or more of these conditions may disqualify you from participating in future trade missions or other activities provided by NSBI. Your expression of interest and registration for this event is the equivalent of your signature and indicates you agree to these conditions of participation.
