Nova Scotia Business Inc., in partnership with ACOA and the Atlantic Provinces, is currently seeking export-ready food, beverage, and value-added seafood companies from Nova Scotia interested in participating as a co-exhibitor in the Canadian Pavilion at Food and Hospitality China (FHC 2017) from November 14 - 16, 2017. This project is being supported by the Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Strategy, a partnership between the Government of Canada and the four Atlantic Provincial governments.
FHC 2017 is in its 21st year and is known as a premier exhibition for the global food and hospitality sector in China. Over 72,000 buyers visited the show in 2016, which was up from 66,000 in 2015 and 35,000 in 2014. In 2016, 2,350 international companies exhibited, making it the largest specialty trade show for imported food and wines in China.
Visitors to the show are decision makers and buyers from China’s retailers 40%; importers and distributors 35% and hospitality sectors 25%. In addition to Food and Hospitality China, the following shows will be running concurrently and in the same complex:
- ProWine China
- Meat China
- Tea & Coffee China
- Beer China
- Dairy China
- Fresh Produce China
As a co-exhibitor, each company will receive the following:
- Information counter with company logo and two stools
- Literacture rack
- Access to shared meeting space
- Two show exhibitor passes
- Company listing in the FHC 2017 online exhibitor directory, Canadian Pavilion and booth directories
- Access to Chef Station and Chef services to prepare product samples
- Access to an interpreter, if required
- $500 reimbursement allowance towards shipping of samples
Registration fee: $1725.00 ($1500.00 + $225.00 HST)

All registrants will be screened for eligibility. Space is limited. Each company is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and meals in market.
