Lightning Launch is Customer Camp’s newest workshop series. We'll help you design and test a brand new offer without getting overwhelmed by all the tech and marketing stuff. 

We'll start with market research so you can get clear about what customers want to buy right now. Then we'll hold your hand as you design, build, and launch a new offer...in just 4 weeks. 

Who Should Attend

Lightning Launch is ideally suited for leaders of small B2C businesses (e.g. consumer packaged products, personal services, food service, etc.) who want to flush out an idea for a new product or service offering and get help planning your launch. 

If you already have a product or service in market and are looking for help generating demand, this program isn't right for you.

November 12th, 2020 | 9 AM - 12 PM | Interactive Live Online Workshop

Workshop #1: Identifying Customer Needs & Problems 

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to evaluate the current market and identify new business opportunities. They will also learn how some of the world’s fastest-growing companies use customer insight to design innovative new solutions and streamline their marketing efforts.

November 19th, 2020 | 9 AM - 12 PM | Interactive Live Online Workshop

Workshop #2: Crafting Your New Offer & Messaging

During this 3-hour workshop, you’ll use customer insight to brainstorm an irresistible new offer. Once you’re clear on what you’re offering, you’ll craft clear messaging that converts prospects into buyers.

November 26th, 2020 | 9 AM - 12:00 PM | Interactive Live Online Workshop

Workshop #3: How to Drive Demand & Sales 

Launch with a bang and start driving sales from day one! In this interactive workshop, you’ll develop a promotional strategy for your new offer. You’ll identify the specific marketing channels and strategies you’ll use to drive awareness and lay the groundwork for execution.

Workshop #4: Figuring Out the Techie Stuff 

Don’t let “tech overwhelm” stop you from launching an awesome offer. We’ll introduce you to a number of tools and platforms that can help to streamline the process of attracting prospects, processing online payments, and creating a seamless customer experience.

1:1 Coaching Calls

Each participant will participate in a 1:1 strategy call with the instructors before the program begins. We will then host weekly small group coaching calls to provide personalized support in the weeks following the workshop. Attendance to the group calls is optional.


Meet Your Instructors:

Katelyn Bourgoin

Katelyn Bourgoin is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Customer Camp. Her specialty is helping marketers and product teams figure out what triggers customers to buy so they can market smarter. Katelyn has been named as an influential entrepreneur by Forbes magazine and featured in Inc., HuffPost, Bustle, CBC, CTV, Global TV, USA Today, and more.

Sarah Hart

Sarah Hart is an experienced website educator, creative director, and creator of the Brand Mapping Method—an immersive online training program that teaches entrepreneurs how to design and build a website that matches their unique brand. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Design degree from NSCAD and after working as a designer in Halifax, she shifted her focus internationally and quickly became a leading thought leader in design thinking.
